Wherein Oman is a mobile app that helps you discover local shops, restaurants, and businesses near you. It also provides exclusive offers and deals from your favorite local stores. Whether you're looking for the best food spots, shopping destinations, or service providers, Wherein Oman makes it easy to find and save on what you need.
Yes! Wherein Oman is completely free to download and use. There are no subscription fees or hidden charges. Simply download the app, create an account, and start discovering deals. We make money through our partnerships with businesses, not from our users.
The app uses your device's GPS to show you nearby shops and offers. This helps us personalize your experience by showing relevant businesses based on your location. You can enable or disable location services at any time through your device settings. You can also manually enter your location if you prefer not to share your GPS location.
Wherein Oman currently supports three languages: English, Arabic, and Malayalam. You can change your language preference at any time in the app settings. We're working on adding more languages to better serve our diverse community.
Wherein Oman is available for both iOS and Android devices. For iOS, you need iOS 13.0 or later. For Android, you need Android 8.0 (Oreo) or later. You can download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
To redeem an offer:
- Find an offer you'd like to use in the app
- Tap on the offer to view its details and terms
- Visit the participating store
- Show the digital coupon on your phone to the cashier BEFORE making your purchase
- The discount will be applied to your purchase
Make sure the offer hasn't expired and you meet any terms and conditions listed.
There could be several reasons:
- The offer may have expired
- The offer may have usage limits (e.g., one per customer)
- There may be minimum purchase requirements not met
- Certain items may be excluded from the offer
- Staff may not be aware of the promotion
If you believe your offer should have been accepted, please contact us with details and we'll investigate.
This depends on the individual store's policies and the specific terms of each offer. Some stores allow combining offers while others don't. Check the terms and conditions of each offer, or ask the store staff before making your purchase.
New offers are added by our vendor partners regularly. We recommend enabling push notifications to get alerted about new deals and limited-time offers. You can also check the "Featured" and "New" sections in the app to see the latest additions.
Yes! You can save offers and shops to your Favorites list by tapping the heart icon. This makes it easy to quickly access the deals you're interested in later. Just remember that offers can expire, so make sure to use them before the expiration date.
Creating an account is simple:
- Download the app from the App Store or Google Play
- Open the app and tap "Sign Up"
- Enter your name, email, and create a password
- Verify your email address
- Allow location access to see nearby deals (optional)
That's it! You can start exploring deals right away.
To reset your password:
- On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password"
- Enter the email address associated with your account
- Check your email for a verification code (OTP)
- Enter the OTP in the app
- Create a new password
If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.
If you wish to delete your account:
- Go to Settings in the app
- Tap "Account Settings"
- Select "Delete Account"
- Confirm your decision
Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including saved favorites and history, will be deleted.
To update your profile:
- Go to the Profile tab in the app
- Tap the Edit icon or "Edit Profile"
- Update your name, email, phone, or profile picture
- Save your changes
To manage notifications:
- Go to Settings in the app
- Tap "Notifications"
- Toggle on/off the types of notifications you want to receive
You can also manage notifications at the device level through your phone's settings.
To list your business:
- Download the Wherein Oman app
- On the login screen, select "Sign up as Vendor"
- Fill out the vendor registration form with your business details
- Submit your application for review
- Our team will review and approve your application
- Once approved, you can start creating offers and managing your listing

To become a vendor, you need:
- A legitimate business operating in Oman
- Valid business registration/license
- A physical store or service location
- Willingness to honor offers presented by app users

Once your vendor account is approved:
- Log in to your vendor dashboard in the app
- Go to "My Offers"
- Tap "Create New Offer"
- Fill in the offer details, including description, discount, and validity period
- Upload an attractive image
- Submit for review (offers may require approval)
You can edit, pause, or delete your offers at any time from the dashboard.
