5.3 Redemption

• Complete the transaction at the vendor's location

We are not responsible for vendors who refuse to honor offers or for any disputes arising from redemption.

If you register as a vendor, additional terms apply:

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your offers and content
• You must honor all valid offers presented by users
• You grant us a license to display your business information and offers
• You must comply with all applicable business regulations
• Vendor accounts are subject to approval by our team

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wherein Oman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our Services.

Our total liability for any claims related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, if any.
